D.C. was buzzing with news this week about new developments, new restaurants and more items of note about development and business.
A garage in Adams Morgan will be converted into luxury apartments, Prince of Petworth reports. Developer Kettler announced the purchase of the garage–also home to Planet Pet–at 1711 Florida Ave. NW this week.
District Source was the first to report that the historic Patterson Mansion at 15 Dupont Circle will be renovated to become fully-furnished, luxury apartments as part of a plan by SB-Urban that includes a new six-story addition designed by Hartman-Cox Architects. This week UrbanTurf had an update: The ANC approved the designs and now the project heads to the Historic Preservation Review board in March.
